Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern the purchase of womens shoes from Ka Wang Limited through wedgeheelivo.com. By placing an order, creating an account, or using any part of wedgeheelivo.com, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use wedgeheelivo.com or place an order.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with Ka Wang Limited. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for every action taken through your account. Product photographs are prepared with care, and colour rendering varies across displays and devices. Every order is subject to stock availability at the moment of processing. If an item cannot be fulfilled, Ka Wang Limited cancels that item and refunds the amount paid for it.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. The total charge comprises the item price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees. Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched. Ka Wang Limited accepts payment through the methods presented at checkout, which are major credit cards and PayPal. Payment authorisation is handled by the relevant payment provider.

Shipping and Delivery

Ka Wang Limited dispatches orders to the delivery address supplied at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on the destination and the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Ka Wang Limited is not responsible for orders delivered to an address you supplied incorrectly.

Fourteen Day No-Reason Refund Policy

You may request a refund for any purchased item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason or for no reason at all. The 14 days begin on the date the carrier records delivery of the item to you. To request a refund, contact Ka Wang Limited at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt and provide your order number. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in the condition in which they arrived, with all original packaging. Footwear showing signs of outdoor wear does not qualify for a refund under this policy.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for packing returned items securely. Return shipping costs are paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Ka Wang Limited recommends a tracked shipping method, because a return is registered only once the item is recorded as received.

Refund Processing Time

Once Ka Wang Limited receives and inspects a returned item, the refund is approved. Refund processing takes at least 14 days from the moment Ka Wang Limited approves the refund. The funds arrive in your account at least 14 days after approval. Bank processing schedules and financial institutions determine the exact arrival time, and that period is never shorter than 14 days.

PayPal Refunds

PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from the moment Ka Wang Limited approves the refund. In some regions, local laws require PayPal refunds to follow additional processing stages, and PayPal refunds in those regions take up to 30 days. Ka Wang Limited does not control the internal processing schedule of PayPal or of any bank.

Damaged or Defective Goods

You must inspect every item upon receipt. Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after that period cannot be accepted. Send the claim to [email protected] with your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photographs of the item and its packaging. Verified damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded at the discretion of Ka Wang Limited.

Intellectual Property

All content on wedgeheelivo.com, comprising text, photographs, graphics, logos, and page design, is owned by Ka Wang Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of wedgeheelivo.com without written permission from Ka Wang Limited.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use wedgeheelivo.com for fraudulent purchases, to submit false refund claims, to interfere with site security, or to place orders using payment instruments you are not authorised to use. Ka Wang Limited may suspend or terminate any account engaged in this conduct and may cancel associated orders.

Limitation of Liability

Ka Wang Limited is liable for the amount you paid for the item concerned. Ka Wang Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of wedgeheelivo.com or from a delayed delivery.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from these terms or from an order placed with Ka Wang Limited is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Changes to These Terms

Ka Wang Limited may amend these Terms of Service. The version published on wedgeheelivo.com at the time of your order governs that order.
